Newly renovated, Staithe Annexe. a fully detached Thornham cottage, and has four bedrooms, two ensuite and a family bathroom. We sleep up to eight, two twins and two doubles. Both doubles are en-suite, with a further family bathroom.
There is a beautifully finished kitchen dinner, through to an open plan living room. The living room has a flat screen TV and sound bar, that can also be used for playing your own music via Bluetooth. We have an upstairs snug with separate TV – and a DVD player – with a selection of DVDs and games for the children. Three of the four bedrooms also have TVs, all connected to the Broadband, so you can use your own preferred streaming services. Super fast Broadband is available free of charge.
The cottage is on Staithe Lane and is a very short walk to the peaceful and beautiful Thornham harbour and less than a half hour walk to the sea.

The cottage has two ensuite double bedroom one on the ground floor, with its own external access and one upstairs with views of the sea from the bathroom.
There are two twin rooms that share the large family bathroom. All three bathrooms have large, walk-in showers.

The brand new kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher and is well equipped. There are large French doors from the kitchen onto the patio.
The sitting room and snug, together with three of the four bedrooms have flatscreen wifi enabled TVs. The snug also has a DVD player, a selection of (mainly!) children’s DVDs as well as board games, doors house and railway set.
There is a sound bar for the main TV that can also be used for playing music via bluetooth. Superfast Fibre Broadband is available at no additional charge throughout the property.
The living room has French doors onto the patio and also a wood burning stove for those colder evenings.

Two sets of double doors open onto the main rear garden which has a lawn, mature trees, patios and outdoor furniture. As the cottage is detached there is always somewhere to sit to catch the sun (or be in the shade!) , It is fenced, but a determined dog could probably escape!
At the front there is hard standing for up to three vehicles.
